The CrossFit Open starts this week. We will be having our live viewing party every Thursday from 5p-5:30p. We are in the process of adding a 6:30p class on Friday in order to perform the Open WOD during all classes that day. Possibly make a big push for Friday Night WODs for the next 5 weeks. We’d like to team up with other gyms to either host or visit their gym for the Open WOD Friday night.
ALL Social City athletes must register for The CrossFit Open.
