Hope everyone had a great Veterans Day weekend.

This will be a “Compliment Week” for the Lifestyle point on the Don’t Fall Off Challenge.

The challenge is to give 3 compliments EACH DAY and mean them.

Compliment someone in the gym on their progress, a coach for providing a great tip/class or post something nice on a friends FB/IG page. Small random things like that can have huge impact on someones day.
