1st week of the Don’t Fall Off Challenge is complete!

LFSTYL Challenge for week 2 will be accumulating 2 mins in the bottom of a squat. Can be done in 1 shot or broken up into sets throughout the day. RX+ athletes can choose to add a minute each day. We also encourage athletes to continue with the Week 1 LFSTYL challenge.
