Congrats to everyone who survived the 30 Day Get Lean Keto Challenge! The progress made for the majority has been great.
Aubi lost 14 pounds and dropped 5% bodyfat.
Chris dropped over 3% bodyfat which equated to over 10 pounds of fat mass lost.
Way to go guys!
We had a fun time at Karaoke Friday night and a blast supporting our very own DJ ParaDice at the pool Sunday. Thanks to the entire Social City fam for all the love and always being supportive.
