Congrats to the Red Team for winning the Fit Team Challenge! It was a fun and challenging 6 weeks. Good job to everyone who participated and stuck with it.

There is no way to properly express my gratitude and love I have for these incredible human beings. Our incredible @cf_socialcitylv family threw us a surprise shower this morning. I have stood by and watched Omar build this dream for almost 8 years working almost 7 days a week the entire time through out. I have had people ask if it ever gets old and I always try and explain that these people are not just members at our business– they are family. We are so blessed as a gym to be surrounded with so much love and support and true community. I cherish each and every one of our members who have supported our business, our dreams and now our first born son. I got in the car after the shower and just cried my eyes out to Omar because I was so overwhelmed by all of the love and support we have around us. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your love and support. @d_micheli @_ms_gm_ I can’t tell you guys how spoiled you made us feel today by putting this together!!! CrossFit is more then a gym where people sweat– it’s my extended family and support system. I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!
