Hey guys, we are approaching Labor Day and looking to do a 30 day challenge leading up to the Holiday. We will be weighing in members who would like to participate all this week. We will track bodyfat loss and lean mass gained. The challenge will officially begin on Monday, Aug. 8th. Be sure to take a before photo this week and get your measurements recorded.
Here are the rules:

– No processed food ππππ
– No sweets πͺπ©π§
– LOTS of water (half body weight in oz daily or up to a gallon)
– Every cheat results in one mile run as punishment (CrossFitters hate running)

Our CrossFit Kids program takes place Mon/Wed/Fri at 4:30p. Suitable for ages 5-15. Drop-ins are $10 or $100 for the month (14 total classes for August).
