Class schedule:
Monday 07/03 – 9a ONLY
Tuesday 07/04 – 9a ONLY

A couple changes to the schedule starting in July:

1. With majority of kids being out for the summer we will be moving the CrossFit Kids kids class to Tues&Thurs at 4:45p-5:25p. Memberships will be adjusted accordingly.

2. Tues&Thurs adult class will be a 40 min express class (4p-4:40p). If there is a long Metcon programmed we will skip the Skill/Strength if there is one.

3. The Friday 6a class will move to 6:30a so that it evens the schedule out.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the BBQ/Pool Party yesterday! It was a blast.

Sat – 9a – Partner WOD
Sun – 9a CrossPHIIT at the gym
