Hey guys. Sorry it’s been awhile since we’ve posted a blog on the site. We were having some issues that were recently resolved. Just like that….we’re back!

We are in week #2 of the 2K17 Get Lean Challenge. Here are the extra credit workouts per Coach Stacey:
“Team: I go … you go…. 5 rounds – sled push down, row 400, 10 burpees over rower *** rounds should be an all out sprint because of the rest while partner is going then 50 partner medball sit up throws (ball touches behind head)
Individual – run, row, or bike 20-30 minutes at a moderate pace followed by 3x max plank holds rest =work for planks, add weight if you can.
*if you do this on the bike a moderate pace does not allow you to be on your phone… focus and try to keep the watts consistent for the duration of the ride.
**Concentrate on breathing, consistency, and pace for all of the three choices.”
