It’s 2RM test outs this week and our Strength programming for the month will look like the following:

– Mon – Front Squats
– Tues – Deadlifts
– Wed – #WeightliftingWednesday Clean & Jerk / Snatches
– Thurs – Back Squat
– Fri – Shoulder To OH
– Saturday – OHS
– Sunday – #SkillSunday Pull-Ups/HSPU/HS Walks/Muscle-Ups

The gym will be closed this Friday for our big wedding day! It will also be closed Saturday as we will be supporting the 5th Annual CrossFit To Cure SMA event.
