The Barbell BroDown has SOLD out!

Good job to everyone who came to #weightliftingwednesday this week. Remember that the Clean & Jerk and Snatch are 2 of the most complex lifts. Our goal is to always progress in our lifts whether that be perfecting your form and technique, simply becoming more comfortable with the lifts and with that comes heavier loads.

This Saturday we will be teaming up with Summerlin CrossFit again for our “Murph” gym swap WOD. Class will be at 9a followed by a Pool Party/BBQ at Papa John’s house (Russell/215) from about 1p-whenever.
