– 2 x 60 second HS holds. 1 min rest between sets.
– 2 x Max Effort HSPU. 1 min rest between sets. Scale to Pike Push-ups.
::Conditioning:: 5RFT:
– 10 HSPU / Pike Push-ups
– 20 OH Plate Lunges (45#/25#)
– 40 DU’s / 80 Singles
– 100m Farmer’s Carry (To entrance of Car Wash and back w/ 55# DB/KB’s 35# DB/KB’s)
