So this week we will be doing weigh-ins and bodyfat for everyone for our Get Lean, Mean and Strong Challenge. We will also be starting our 5 week Wendler Strength Program. You can read more about it here: http://crossfitbreed.com/wendler-531-strength-program/
Our Strength programming for the week will look like the following:
Mon: Cleans
Tues: Back Squat
Wed: Shoulder Press
Thurs: Front Squat
Fri: Deadlift
Sat: Clean&Jerk
Sun: Snatch

Warm-up: 5 @ 40% / 5 @ 50% / 3 @ 60%
Then
– 5 @ 65% / 5 @ 75% / 5+ @ 85%
