Yesterday was AMAZING!
We literally had visitors from all over the world at CrossFit Social City today. From Cincinnati to Canada to the UK. They complimented the gym being awesome but the biggest compliment we received from visitors was how welcoming and inviting all of our members were to them.
They were shocked the moment they walked in the door by the amount of members that would personally come up and introduce themselves and for that I would like to say THANK YOU!

Back Squats: Every 2 mins for 10 mins
Set 1 – 3 Reps @75%
Set 2 – 3 Reps @80%
Set 3 – 2 Reps @85%
Set 4 – 1 Rep @90%
Set 5 – 1 Rep @95-100%
– 5 KBS (70#/53#) Heavier than normal
– 10 Alternating Pistols
– 200m Run
Classes at 9a/Noon/5:30p Kids/6:30p
