Just recommending things this week that most of you can possibly benefit from. I’ve used pull-up protection in the past but now I just make sure I shave my calluses so that I don’r rip my hands on pull-ups.

– 5×3 Back Squat
5 Individual Timed Rounds:
– 5 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
– 30 Double Unders / 30 Singles
– Approx. 1 min rest between rounds
*Rounds should be geared to be finished in :30-:40 seconds. No longer than 1 min per round*
