::Conditioning::
– 7 Rounds:
– 3 Squat Cleans (185#/135#)
– 30 Double Unders / 60 Singles
– 30 second rest

::Extra Credit::
– 2x400m Med Ball Run + 20 Wall Balls after each 400m.
