– 5×3 – 1 Snatch Grip DL + 1 Hi-Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch
::Conditioning::
-With A Partner-
Every 8 mins complete the following:
– 20 Airdyne Cals Each (Relay)
– 40 Double Unders / 80 Singles
AMRAP with remaining time:
– 6 Snatches (115#/75#)
– 8 T2B/K2E
– 12 Air Squats
*One partner completes a round then switch*
