Well we originally had Deadlifts, HSPUs, Thrusters and Pull-ups programmed for tomorrow but because of 16.4 coach decided to call an audible.

– 3×10 TRX Row + Superset w/TRX Curl
– 5×20 TRX Double Knee Tucks + Superset w/ TRX Bicycles
– 3×10 Banded Tricep Extensions + Superset w/Incline Push-ups
– “Crazy 7’s” Barbell Bicep Curls + Superset w/ Pendlay Rows
Class at 9a. Open gym from 10a-11a.
