#2 is the timer. When partner at movement #2 finishes reps then switch.
Must complete all reps at station before moving on to next.

Station 1:
– #1 = 50 Power Snatches (95#/65#)
– #2 = 10 T2B/K2E

Station 2:
– #1 = 50 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
– #2 = 5 Bar Over Burpees

Station 3:
– #1 = 50 KBS (70#/53#)
– #2 = 10 Push-ups

Station 4:
– #1 = 25 Bar Muscle Ups / Scaled to 50 Pull-Ups
– #2 = 5 Power Cleans (95#/65#)
