– #2 = 5 Bar Over Burpees
Station 3:

– #2 = 10 Push-ups
Station 4:
– #1 = 25 Bar Muscle Ups / Scaled to 50 Pull-Ups
– #2 = 5 Power Cleans (95#/65#)
