Happy New Year Team! Amazing to have spent another year building a community we all love so much. We have witnessed incredible progress from all of the team over the last year and we are so excited for what 2017 has in store for the Social City Family. It is crazy to think that 7 years ago I started chasing my dream of owning my own gym and to be surrounded by all of our members who I now consider my extended family. It all started with a choice. A choice to attack my dreams head on and start taking small steps to accomplishing that goal. It has not always been easy. There have been many moments I could have easily given up when life got in the way, but I always held true to the commitment I made to myself to try. It has been countless hours of preparation, focus and positive self talk that has helped me wake up every day to go to work for myself at a job I love.
January 7th we will be kicking off our Annual Lean & Mean 2k17 Challenge where you, along with your friends, can make a choice to start this year by prioritizing your health and wellness by dialing in your nutrition and committing to 30 days of focus to set your goals in motion. Weighs Ins will kick off Jan 7th- Jan 14th. This will allow you one week to weight in and collect your nutrition protocol. In addition to the protocol Coach Stacey programmed 3 additional fitness challenges to be completed each week. 2 of the workouts are designed to be completed solo and the 3rd will need to be completed in a team. These workouts kick off the week of Jan 15th!! This is a great opportunity to share your love of fitness with friends and family!!
