So if you guys didn’t know, CrossFit.com’s programming calls for 3 On | 1 Off on workouts. The majority of people take 1 of those rest days completely OFF and the other as an “Active” rest day.

– 5 Sets of 2 F. Squats. Rack and immediately into 4 B. Squats @ 80-85% of 1RM F. Squat
::Conditioning::
1 min max stations:
– Plank to Pushup
– V-Ups
– OH Plate Alternating Lunges (45#/25#)
– Mountain Climbers (2 Count)
– 1 min rest

::Extra Credit::
– 4x400m runs – 1 min rest between sets
