– 100 Walking Lunges
– 75 Unbroken DU’s / 150 Unbroken Singles
– 50 Walking Lunges
– 25 Unbroken DU’s / 50 Unbroken Singles
*5 Burpee Penalty if Jump Ropes are broken*
::Extra Credit::
– 5×8 Deadlift @ 60%
