“CrossFit Baseball”
– Split the class into 2 teams.
– Home Plate – Perform 12 Jumping Lunges
– 1st Base – Perform 12 Toes 2 Bar / Knees Raises
– 2nd Base – Perform 12 Grasshoppers (2 count)
– 3rd Base – Perform 12 HR Push-Ups
– Score as many Rounds (Home Runs) as you can!

::Extra Credit::
– 4x20x20 KB Chest Press + KB Skull Crushers
