I love seeing CrossFitters and Bodybuilding/Physique Athletes bridging the gap!

If you are a “bodybuilder/physique” friend of mine (or at least on FB/IG) and never tried CrossFit, I invite you to my gym CrossFit Social City to work out with us. After our WOD we would love to do a “Gun Show” workout with you that you programmed.

– 3×10 Standing DB Chest + DB Kickbacks
– 5×20 TRX Double Knee Tuck
