Hey guys, the challenge starts tomorrow so make sure you get your grocery shopping and food prep done tonight.

Just a few notes:

– Just a fun 30 Day challenge to get people motivated this holiday season. It will end the day before Thanksgiving.

– We will be knocking out measurements/bodyfat % throughout the week before classes along with issuing brief handouts.

– We will set goals via calendar sheets on how many workouts you plan to complete during the challenge. Minimum is 12 workouts (3x/week).

– We are going to implement a daily water gallon challenge that we’d like for everyone to complete.

– The 20RM Back Squat program is back!!

– 15 mins to find your 20RM Back Squat (Should be approx. 60% of your 1RM)

::Conditioning::

3 Rounds:

– 50 Unbroken DU’s/100 Unbroken Singles

– Unbroken 5 DL + 5 Hang Squat Cleans + 5 S2OH (155#/105#)

– 5 Bar Facing Burpees

*3 Burpee penalty if either unbroken movements are broken up*

1st Class – 6:30a

2nd Class – 9:00a

3rd Class – Noon

4th Class – 5:30p

5th Class – 6:30p
