– 1 Power Clean + 1 F. Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Push Press

* 3 Burpee penalty if bar rest on the ground *

1st Class – 9:00a

2nd Class – Noon

3rd Class – 5:30p

4th Class – 6:30p
