Tis the season of giving and this year we are trying out a new CFF Tradition!! For the entire month of December ALL WORKOUTS will not be revealed until the morning of... just like the joy of Christmas morning when you open your presents… though these will be gifts of olympic lifts, gymnastics and skill work! Joy to the world!!
Each morning, the first class of the day will open the “Gift” off the tree. They will then share on social media for the group. There is a little something for everyone throughout the month!! Countdown to Christmas Eve begins!!! Please feel free to SHARE on social media and use the #cffchristmas!
The fun doesn’t stop there!! Aubi and I have noticed this ongoing epidemic plaguing our members…the hate of DoubleUnders!! SOOOOO in attempt to give us all a chance to #dstrywknss in the gym we are setting a collaborative team goal of 20,000 Double Unders by Dec 31st. The 630pm Class on Monday started with a total of 216 DUs towards the goal. Whether you can do 1 or 150 we are looking for everyone to contribute. It is time to focus on our weaknesses as a team and do some work…and DUs. We have a Goal Tracker on the White Board that we will fill in the whole month!!
December 13th is looking like our Annual CFF Christmas Celebration. We will look to celebrate do a little brunch, a little celebrating and hand out our Annual CFF Awards. We would love all of you to join as this is an ongoing tradition that we love to share with the entire team. More details to come…
