Reminder that this Saturday is the final day of the CFF2K14Challenge. Weigh-ins will begin at 10am. I will be at the gym at 9:30am if anyone wants to come early. Hoping to start the baseline WOD at 10:30am and out the door at 11am.
Thought it be fun to go grab some post workout brunch/drinks somewhere so I’m open for suggestions.
