::Strength::

– 15 mins to find 1RM Deadlift

::Conditioning::

– EMOM 10

– 3 Deadlifts @80% of 1RM (Scaled to 2 reps)

– 6 Bar Over Burpees (Scaled to 4 reps)

 

1st Class – 6:30am

 

2nd Class – 5:30pm

 

3rd Class – 6:30pm
