If for some reason you miss the Tues/Thurs squat day please try to arrange time before or after a class to make it up.
This is also a good showing that CFF has a solid 50/50 girl to guy ratio. I get asked a lot if the majority of our members are males or females. Well, here you have it.

10/29 – Black Friday – 9am class ONLY

1st Class – 6:30am
2nd Class – Noon
3rd Class – 5:30pm
4th Class – 6:30pm
