::Conditioning::

For Time:

– 100 Push Press (45/35)

– 75 Pushups

– 50 Med Ball Cleans

*Beginner Mod*

– 75 Push Press

– 50 Pushups

– 25 Med Ball Cleans

 

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
