– 30 Goblet Squats

– 40 Pullups

– 50 meter Farmers Carry Down, 50 meter Farmers Carry Back

– 50 meter Waiters Carry Down, 50 meter Waiters Carry Back

– 40 Pushups

– 30 Squats

– 20 Walking Lunges

– 10 Burpees

6:30am and 5:30pm class
