* Focus should be in this order:

1. Technique

2. Efficiency

3. Speed

::Conditioning::

-15 min Partner AMRAP-

– 5 Burpee Pullups

– 5 DB Snatch R/L (55#/35#)

– 5 Parallette Pass Throughs

*One partner starts and the other follows but cannot pass and skip order*

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
