Conditioning::

– 4 Hang Squat Cleans (60% of 1RM F. Squat)

– 8 HandStand Pushups 

– 24 DU

– 30 sec. rest

1st class – 6:30am

2nd class – 5:30pm

3rd class – 6:30pm
