::Strength::

EMOM 10 mins:

– 3 F. Squats @70%

::Conditioning:: 

– Start The Clock –

– 800m Run

– 25 Burpees (15 for scaled)

– When the clock hits 10 mins –

4 Rounds:

– 10 Box Jumps

– 10 Pullups

– When the clock hits 20 mins –

– 5 mins Max Effort Double Unders

*Goal is to hit 200*

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
