Thank you guys for all of the Birthday wishes and hanging out on my Birthday weekend. Wish I could continue the festivities for the duration of the month but its time to get back to reality.
We are at the halfway point of the SummerBodyChallenge and this Saturday we will be performing the midway check-in. Paul “T” will also be going over Ancestral Wisdom from 11am-Noon. We will start the weigh-ins at 10:30am. If you can’t make it this Saturday then get with me ASAP to get this taken care of.
