As we are nearing the end of our 2013 Summer Body Challenge I just wanted to throw a shout out to those that were also with us for last years 2012 Challenge!
So proud of everyone that made strength gains during the past 4 weeks on their Deadlifts and Back Squats!
We are moving into a new set of strength movements so please keep track of your workouts and weights being used.
The 2 movements for the next 4 weeks will be:
1. Press (Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk)
2. Overhead Squat (OH Squat, Power/Hang/Hi-Hang/Full Squat Snatch)
-O-Fit WOD for 21May2013-
– 10 mins to establish 1RM Strict Press
– 4RFT –
– 15 Push Press (@ around 80% of 1RM Press)
– 10 Front Squats (same weight)
– 30 sec. rest
1st Class – 6:30am
2nd Class – 5:30pm
3rd Class – 6:30pm
