Here is a quick look at whats going down with Camp Fit-Force!

At The Compound:

Tuesday: O-Fit at 6:30am/5:30pm/6:30pm

Thursday: O-Fit at 6:30am/5:30pm

Friday: O-Fit at 6:30am “Skills&Drills”

Saturday: Open gym WOD with Omar at 10:30am (basically come workout with me and I will post when and if I’m training and if you’re invited)

Camp Fit-Force at Willows Park:

Sunday at 9:00am

Monday/Wednesday at 7:00pm

So as you can see there is pretty much training going on everyday of the week!

*Make sure you’re doing a proper warmup/mobility/stretching pre workout. Proper cool down/myofascial release/stretching post workout also*

O-Fit WOD for 21Aug2012:

8 RFT::

– 8 SDHP (95/65)

– 8 Barbell Roll Outs

– 8 (2 count) Barbell Jump Overs
