O-Fit WOD for 20Nov2012:
– 10 mins to attack the “Flying Pullup” bar
(Monkey bar individually, Plyo Pullup, Skip one or two, Just have fun on it)
15 Min AMRAP::
– 5 KB Squat Cleans
– 10 KB Bent Rows (5 each arm. Deep lunge position, one arm resting on front knee)
– 20 KB Lunges (10 each leg)
– 30 KB Snatches (15 each arm)
1st Class – 6:30am
2nd Class – 5:30pm
3rd Class – 6:30pm
