The Alpha Warrior was an absolute blast. Our costumes were a HUGE hit, No serious injuries, tons of obstacles completed and even a little twerking on the course! We are more than likely going to do it again when it comes to Phoenix, AZ. That date is still TBD but in the meantime we’ll start rallying up a bigger team to go this time around.

8 Rounds of Tabata Deadlift and Handstand Pushups

20 seconds do as many reps of deadlift as you can  (225#/155#)
Rest 10 seconds
Do as many reps of handstand push ups as you can in 20 seconds.
Rest 10 seconds

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
