Gotta say that I absolutely love when a CFF team member comes in for a workout on their Birthday! Samara did a great job today on the BOSU&Straps!
We also had a great turnout for the “Boston” WOD yesterday and excited to say that other gyms and fitness fanatics across the US took part in doing the CFF “Boston” WOD also! Great job team.
