Here is a quick look at whats going down with Camp Fit-Force!

At The Compound:

Tuesday: O-Fit at 6:30am/5:30pm/6:30pm

Thursday: O-Fit at 6:30am/5:30pm

Friday: O-Fit at 6:30am “Skills&Drills”

Saturday: Open gym WOD with Omar at 10am (basically come workout with me and I will post when and if I’m training and if you’re invited)

Camp Fit-Force at Willows Park:

Sunday at 9:00am

Monday/Wednesday at 7:00pm

So as you can see there is pretty much training going on everyday of the week!


O-Fit WOD for 16Aug2012:


– 7 Deadlifts (185/135)

– 14 Pull-ups

– 28 KB Swings (53/35)

– 400m Run
