– 1 min ME KB Snatch (53#/35#) (doesn’t have to be an even on each arm)

– 1 min ME Power Clean (135#/95#)

*1 min REST*

– 2 min ME HR Pushups

– 2 min ME KB Snatch

– 2 min ME Power Clean

*1 min REST*

– 2 min ME Double Unders

 

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
