– 10 mins to establish 2RM DL

::Conditioning::

“Partner WOD”

4 Rounds:

– 10 Power Cleans (135#/95#)

– 20 KB Swings (53#/35#)

– 30 Deadlifts (135#/95#)

– 40 HR Pushups

*One partner working at a time while the other must rest in the plank position*

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
