::Strength::

– Deadlift – warmup first then, 65% x 7 reps, 75% x 5 reps, 85% x 3 reps, 95% x 1 rep

::Conditioning:: 

4 Rounds

– 30 sec plank

– 30 sec situps

– then – 1 min rest

3 Rounds

– 30 sec 6″ leg raise hold

– 30 sec V-Ups

– then – 1 min rest

2 Rounds

– 1 min Max Effort T2B/K2E

– 1 min rest

1 Round

– Max Hanging L-Sit 

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
