O-Fit WOD for 09August2012: *additional 6:30pm class added to the schedule*

Squatting is an essential movement for everyday life. Are you doing them right?

 

Even as babies we naturally squat with flawless form effortlessly. So what happened as we became adults. Years of compensating, injuries or maybe  serious lack of flexibility/mobility.

WOD:

Strength::

Overhead Squat Practice

– then – 

10 Min Partner AMRAP

– Max Rep Power Cleans

– 10 T2B (Timer)

Tally total number of Power Cleans as a team

Classes at 6:30am, 5:30pm and adding 6:30pm
