– 5×3 Pendlay Row

::Conditioning::

“Tabata Something Else”

– 32 total intervals

– 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest x8 of the following movements:

– Pullups

– Pushups

– Situps

– Squats

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
