Are very own Colby Phillips placed top 10 in the mens RX division. Paul T placed 5th in the mens scaled division. Tricia Warashina placed 4th in the female scaled division. She missed 3rd place podium by 2 seconds and my Outlaw partner Josh Auer placed 2nd on the podium in the mens RX’d division. Check him out here performing a 3 position snatch at 225#.

–  1. 5×2 Deadlift (heavier than last week)

– 2. 12 mins to find 1RM Clean (muscle, power or full squat)

Conditioning::

-For Time-

– 50 Burpees (jump on 45# plate at the top)

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
