So here is the official flyer for the REAL FOOD Challenge:


Remember that you can still attend the seminar without taking the photos for the challenge and if you have to miss one or more of the four seminar it can be made up at a later date or there will be narrated Youtube videos containing the info you may have missed. A little information/education is better than none.

O-Fit WOD for 06Sept2012:


Five rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters

Overhead squat 95 pounds, 15 reps

Finesse and control at high heart rate is critical. “Nancy” demands it. 

(Scaled/Novice athletes will perform 3 rounds w/light bar or PVC.)

1st class at 6:30am

2nd class at 5:30pm
