Hello CFF FamBam!! We have a very exciting month ahead of us as we host Lululemon’s August Run Club every Wednesday at 7pm at Willows Park. This will be like all of our CFF Park Classes with a little extra cardio!! This is a great time for Newbies to come out as it will be FREE for all visitors!! Rally your friends and family to come join!
