::Strength::

– 12 mins to find 1RM Push Jerk Behind The Neck (Goal is to go heavier than last week)

::Conditioning::

20 min WOD, every minute on the minute::

Odd minute perform – 10 Air Squats/ 10 KB Snatch (5R/5L)

Even minute perform – 5 T2B or K2E/ 5 Burpees

1st Class – 6:30am

2nd Class – 5:30pm

3rd Class – 6:30pm
